How to book a hotel....
I jumped on Hotwire.com to see if I could get some decent Saturday night hotel rates. Well, turns out the hot deals are on there, but you can't see the name of the hotel till your booking is paid for a final. The amenities looked promising, it was the right location, good reviews, good start rating, and affordable.
BOOKED IT...

9:30 Arrival at the
ISLE CASINO & HOTEL oh yes! LOL!!! Right on the river in Bettendorf, IA.
It was a really nice King Room, the normal rates were NOT affordable (for us & for us at a casino)

We had been cooped up the car and E had slept the whole way, so we wandered the halls and skywalk to check out the snack bar. It was full of very interesting folks. We decided to head back to our room and munch on our snacks we brought.
