Monday June27th

Took Brett to work today, so E & I could run errands.
On the way from Eldridge park to pick Brett up from work the power steering went out, all dash warning lights came on and so I quickly pulled into Genesis parking lot and shut the car off.
Brett came out of work and we headed to the gas station for some oil and steering fluid. A man came out of the gas station, took one look and said your belt is off DO NOT DRIVE THIS CAR!
At about the same time, we received a text from Mr.M stating that Grandma E had passed away.
Too much at once!!!
SO, at 4:45 we called Enterprise to pick us up. It didn't take too long before they arrived and we were off to sign all the paperwork needed. We drove a KIA sportage home and ate some dinner.
After that we went back to the gas station to get the car to the repair shop in Eldridge again. It was scheduled to go in on Wed morning anyway.
SO, I drove the rental and brett hopped in the Saab. We made it two blocks from the repair shop and we had to stop for a 1/2 hr to let the saab cool down. E took this opportunity to nap like a champ!
We all came home and unloaded from the KIA.
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.....................reflection & drinking time!
