Sept 11 - First Day of school & dance

 First Day of School......

 

She's stoked, & ready to GO!

After school it's ballet time. First day at the new ballet school. LOVED It!

 
AND now it's time to cruise while the peeps sleep.

Sept 8th Wedding 4:30

SO, the day started great...a run, breakfast, totally normal.

2:00 we decided to take a quick trip to holland for E's ballet clothes. Got all the way there & the place was closed (Ooops, my bad). Turned around & peeps went down for a nap (normal time for long nap).















Still sleeping when we got back to the place, so I ran upstairs and threw wedding clothes in a backpack.
Literally pulled up to the wedding house with 2 screaming/crying people. Not exactly sure what the heck happened, but the next 40mins was A MESSSSSSSSSSS. Brett held the dude while I coaxed Miss E into her dress (UNHEARD OF, it's a princess dress, she's usually crying if you won't put it on her) The groom even tried coaxing her into the dress with a popsicle (no-go). I threw her hair up (not as planned, kind-of resembled it). Brett finally had to give the dude back, & go do his usher job. I went back to the car & threw my dress on in the driveway. NO other choice really. At this point the wind is still RIPPING on the beach, so they've closed the whole tent off & will do the ceremony in there.

Dressed, juggling the man & lady down to the main meeting house where the bridal party will walk down the dune to the tent.

**Got E down the isle!!!! YES!!!!!!!!! Mission complete, I'm sweating, a complete disheveled disaster, OPEN BAR???? YES!!!!! (no worries, I'm kidding)

Eleanor & the man were complete charmers the whole time & E danced till 10:30!!! She would have danced all night.

 

 

 

 

Sept 7th (Day before Beach Wedding)

I've learned bibs are a waste of time, Can you see why? 

Oh Fall is coming....

 

YEAH, SO wedding rehearsal night AWESOME! For hardcore kiters. LOL! Not so much an open air beach wedding. Check out the sides of the tent, the wind was gnarly, sand exfoliation for the skin style. Waves were washing high & it was just building the whole time we were out there. 

The bride bought the flower girl some great items, including the life jacket she won't take off. 

Sept 4th

First meeting day for school. Parents & kids sat for 45mins talking about what they will be doing, how to drop them off & pick them off, all the good stuff. She DIDN'T wan to leave. This is where her summer camps were & the same teachers are here today. The mr. was having a pretty good time sitting at the table & flirting with the ladies.

Without the pool everyday... we take baths everyday,

Different days. OH & DON'T worry! They are not neglected & left without bubbles. It just so happens that they play in the water SO much, it wouldn't be good for them to soak in soap all the time!!!
